The ability of trainers to take horses out of races now without penalty [self certification] is open to abuse as evidenced by the rapid increase in non runners.

This has effectively ruined the early price advantage for those that put in the research finding big priced outsiders and who take the early price.

More worryingly is the number of horses that I have selected that have [on form] an excellent chance to win which are also being withdrawn.

I donīt know whats going on exactly but it would appear that if connections are aware that their horse has been spotted as a live outsider to win at a good price all they have to do is withdraw it and wait until next time. Blatant non triers are beginning to irk me simply because in every race you see jockeys who do absolutely nothing to ride out to the best of their horses ability and they just drop their hands two and even three furlongs out and walk across the line.

Since the stewards see this day after day one wonders what they are doing there because nothing is done about it and I do mean every race.
